I don’t want to ruin your memory of him.  I just don’t want you to think that he was this awesome man.  you wander why there are no pictures of you and him, thats because he only saw us 4 times a year.  he never called on our birthdays, never went to any dance recitals.  he left my birthday party to go watch someone else’s granddaughter play basketball.  there is only 1 picture of us in his house but there is an entire album dedicated to Tory’s basketball days.  when I went to see him in the hospital he rubbed my back and all the aunts and uncles said he must have thought I was Tory.  but you don’t remember any of that.
